1- DEADLINE TO COMPLETE YOUR ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
Deadline date to be found on information pack and participants Briefing Room page on website
We now require all competitors/helpers/accompanying media to complete their Registration Form online. We will print a copy for you to sign onsite.
Competitors that have not completed their Registration Form online will be asked to do so onsite from their phones but will forfeit their turn while doing so.
2- WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE
No problem re-submit as many forms as you need. We will take into account only your latest one. All others will be disregarded.
3- SIGNATURE
DO NOT PRE SIGN the form – this is required to be done on-site in front of an official upon presentation of a photo ID document (ie passport/driving licence). No exception!!
4- OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Remember to also bring with you any insurance documentation to facilitate procedures should that become necessary.
Always good to bring with you any fishing permits you hold for the country and venue you are about to fish – In some cases, we may ask you to show us a copy.
5- PRINTING
You can bring your own copy but we will have ours too if you have completed your form by the deadline date (see above).
When your name is highlighted in ORANGE on the Official List, it indicates that we have received your form and will arrange for a printed copy to be provided to you for on-site signing.
Your personal data – Unless you OPT OUT your data will be used only by Angling Spirit to give you priority re-entry in future events as well as keeping you informed with relevant information regarding its events and promotional offers. You can access your data at any time.
7- NEXT OF KIN/EMERGENCY CONTACT
In case of an emergency, it is very important we are able to reach your emergency contact (parent, spouse, partner)
The provided next of kin information has never been and will never be utilised for any purpose other than its intended use.

Croatian Važno: najbliži rođak / roditelj ime (otac, supruga, partner) + telefon broj

Dutch Belangrijk: nabestaanden / ouder naam (vader, echtgenoot, partner) + telefoonnummer

German Wichtig: nächsten Angehörigen / Eltern-Namen (Vater, Ehepartner, Lebensgefährten) + Rufnummer
Hungarian Fontos: közeli hozzátartozók / szülő nevét (apa, házastárs, élettárs) + telefonszám
Italian Importante: parente più prossimo / nome del genitore (padre, coniuge, partner) + numero di telefono
Latvian Svarīgi: tuvāko radinieku / mātes vārds (tēvs, laulātais, partneris) + telefona numuru
Lithuania Svarbu: Next of Kin / tėvų vardu tėvas, sutuoktinis, partneris) + telefono numeris
Polish Ważne: krewny / rodzic nazwy (ojciec, małżonek, partner) + numer telefonu
Romanian Important: o rudă / părinte nume (tată, soţ, soţie, partener) + numărul de telefon
Russian Важно: ближайших родственников / родителей имя (отец, супруг, партнер) + номер телефона
