Important notes regarding your refund options

In order to proceed with a refund, we need you to fill in this form. Ensure all details are correct as we use the copy and paste function to proceed.

Please note when it applies and as explained in the Registration rules and terms, refunds will be processed on clear funds received minus a £30 charge to cover admin and financial costs.

When a refund is processed this can only be done with the person who initially made the payment. It is then his responsibility to make any arrangements with his partners.
